The project involves implementation of seven five-floor residential buildings. The concept is dominated by geometric rigor in forming buildings shapes, facades and details as well as landscape elements. Buildings of a simple almost cubic block are arranged on the plot so that, while maintaining acceptable distances, to get the maximum available space of the interior garden. This system is consistent with the geometry of the underground garage, occupying a large area of the plot.
The geometry of façade composition is manifested in the use of mosaics of three different window sizes and characteristic "oblique" balconies. Curved planes also appear in the elements of land development - this shape thus becomes a recognizable sign of the estate. Applied colors is also important - graphite exterior facades contrast with the bright white surfaces inside the estate.
