The designed house follows and adapts to the natural terrain. The floor shape of the house reminds ‘S’ letter and ‘cuts out’ two courtyards: public (near the entrance area) and private (a patio with internal garden). A uniform roof with the ridge going along the slope covers both one-floor and two-floor part of the house.
The walls and roof are made of the same material that emphasizes the uniformity of the house’s shape. The cut out cavities marking important places are made of light wood and contrast with the dark lining of the house.
The building is divided into zones: daily area, recreational and private zone. Entrance area separates the daily area from technical rooms and a garage. There is also a guest room and a study. On the second storey there is a private zone with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beneath this zone there is a recreational part of the house. The living area encircles the patio providing residents with direct access to it.
