The kindergarten is designed as a one-storey facility with a two-storey part in front of the building. In order to optimally use the land the building is situated in the northern part of the plot and area for outdoor activities is in the southern part. The main idea of the project was to create a friendly and appealing to children interiors thanks to using natural materials, vibrant and bright colors and introducing sunlight inside the building.  In the project  we widely use organic and natural materials (wood and natural stone) providing high aesthetic and energy-efficient building.

The kindergarten is divided into several functional segments connected with one another by a multi-functional hall which apart from communication functions gives additional space and can be easily adapted for special occasions (exhibitions, group games, children balls, etc.).

The area of the building is 1,600 m2. The area (around the building, recreational and educational sites) of the project is 0.7 ha. The project was done in a consortium with Rafal Drobczyk Architecture and Urban Planning at the request of ZBM and TBS Gliwice.
