We assumed that we designed the building should systematize the spatial structure of the area so as to emphasize its urban and modern character and forma an urban accent in the urban tissue. We designed a recognizable building  of an individualized form within a coherent aesthetic concept. Due to the complexity of the functions, we proposed an original system of arranging layers starting with a large-scale wholesale trade facility located in the underground floors, through the city's commercial center comprising two aboveground floors, and ending with "independent" office buildings of the autonomous para-urban structure –with gardens and courtyards located on top of the building. Three-level parking is located in the rear part of the building, above the shopping gallery.
